We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason, or no reason at all, you are dissatisfied with a purchase, simply return the unworn item for a prompt refund or exchange.
For Lingerie & Holiday Items:
Lingerie and Holiday items are returnable within 15 days of receipt. If you need additional help on sizing information, please contact customer service at 1-877-HOT-SUIT.
How to Return or Exchange:
A return and/or exchange form is enclosed with every package. Please fill out the return/exchange section completely and enclose it with the item(s) you're returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
